About Noah
A professional journey shaped by computer science, international education, assistive technology and a commitment to changing how organizations understand accessibility.
I specialize in digital accessibility, inclusive design, WCAG conformance, assistive technology testing and accessibility governance. My perspective combines more than a decade of professional practice with daily use of accessible technology as a blind person.
I earned degrees at Colorado State University, including graduate study in Computer Information Systems. I currently serve as an Accessibility Specialist at Oman’s Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology. I am also Founder and Accessibility Lead of A11y Oman, an accessibility initiative under Noah International. My earlier career included accessibility architecture, expert review, UX accessibility and testing roles.
